About Us

The Osborne family (Wally & Sara) are 6th Generation farmers who have been continuously involved in the Australian Agricultural sector. We grow and are involved in the production of most of our products- then wholesale to you. A life-long passion to grow quality produce and efficiently use the resources around us. We believe in best practice farming for the health of the land, the animals and contribute to society through ethically farmed, nutritious and healthy food supply.

No antibiotic treatment of sale animals, unvaccinated beef and lamb guaranteed with no artificial growth promotants. Our paddocks are top dressed with stable and farm compost and supplemented with only mineral fertilisers. In the early days when chemical weed control has been performed, animals are excluded for six to 12 months with final clearing done by manual tools over many long weekends.

Wally’s Great-Grandfather registered cattle brand on the North Coast of NSW in 1901. Pioneer farm, retained family ownership for 118 years. The next chapter, registered – Inverness Santa Gertrudis Stud No. 2209 established 2019.

Quality Beef Investment: Pure registered stud foundation cattle stock. Seven pure females purchased with our stud originated heifers & bulls growing through, along with 14 Angus and Red poll cattle either purchased or home bred and reared. We keep only the fasters growing and quiet temperament heifers as replacement stock.

Pricing

Meat is delivered to your door; we do regular deliveries. We are here to guide you through ordering, storage and cooking tips if you require. Try meats you don't usually purchase...goat / mutton / pork / ham... we know how to make your cooking and eating experience unparallel.

Please get your orders in two weeks prior to allow for all the processes required to get the meat Cryovac'd and packed for your delivery. Our difference is that we allow the meat to hang in the cold room of our butcher for 9-10 days prior to cutting. Your big brand supermarket kills and displays their meat within 2 days resulting in tough, dry meat that shrinks on cooking.

Guarantee: - All our sales are repeat clients. Try our sample packs of pork / ham / bacon ... we have people eating that apparently never liked pig before!

Beef

$18.40/kg - Whole body or Half body (Half body approximately 95-120kg)

Lamb

$19.00/kg - Whole body (Approximately 24-30 kg)

$12.50/kg - Mutton - kg's by negotiation (1/2 body approx. 15-20 kg)

Goat

$13.00/kg - Whole body (Approximately 14-20 kg)

Pork

$11.75/kg - Half body (Approx. 32-37 kg) including hams and bacon
